Rules
1) Players will be allowed to step into the court to serve for the 12's and 13's age groups. Once they have completed a serve over the net, they must make their next serve from behind the endline

2) Teams may use players from other teams within their club to fill in for missing athletes as long as they are from that age group or younger. A waiver may be granted for an older athlete to compete in a younger age group if the club directors from the teams in that age group approve the waiver.

3) Each team is allowed two time-outs per game of 30 seconds each.

4) Warm-up time will be 4 minutes of court time for each team who did NOT play in the previous match. So for the first match of the evening each team will have 4 minutes of court time, but after that only the team that was off will have 4 minutes of court time.

5) Teams will be allowed to compete with only 5 players if they start the evening with 6.

6) In case of bad weather, the front page of the Colorado Chill Web site at www.cochill.com will serve as notice if one or more league locations are canceled for the evening. There will be no make-up dates.

7) Molten has given us balls for the league. We will use the Lite ball for the 12's division.

Officials
A paid first official will be provided for $15 per hour for each court and we will attempt to hire older club players or collegiate athletes as officials.

A site director will be hired for each facility at $50 per night.
